Latin text Ingrediente Domino in sanctam civitatem, Hebraeorum pueri resurrectionem vitae pronuntiantes, Cum ramis palmarum: Hosanna, clamabant, in excelsis. Variant 1 V. Cumque audisset populus, quod Iesus veniret Ierosolymam, exierunt obviam ei.

English translation As the Lord entered the holy city, The Hebrew children hailed the resurrection of life With palm branches Crying 'Hosanna in the highest'. Variant 1 V. And when the people heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, they went out to meet him.

German translation Als der Herr die heilige Stadt betrat, riefen die jungen Hebräer, indem sie die Auferstehung des Lebens verkündigten, mit Palmzweigen: Hosianna in der Höhe. Variant 1 V.
