Welcome back!

Hi Rob, welcome back! I got a chance to hear the BBC 3 broadcast of the Choral Evensong from Dunblane Cathedral. It was a beautiful hour, and I'll try to listen in again another time or two.

I'm currently trying to work on Template:delreq and recall how I got the previous version to include a yyyy-mm-dd sort key for the Category:Delete requests, but so far no success. Please note also that you should substitute the Template:delnow (I don't remember if you knew this before your break).

It's good to have you back. -- ChuckGiffen 05:13, 3 September 2007 (PDT)

Hi Chuck. Thanks for that and sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I'm simultaneously recovering from my holiday, going back to a full time job, renovating and house and trying to keep up with all the good stuff that's going on here! I'm glad you enjoyed the broadcast. I think I'm ok with the delete templates. I look forward to getting more involved but at the moment I feel like all my efforts are just to tread water... we'll see how things go... --Bobnotts talk 07:53, 6 September 2007 (PDT)

Composer cleanup

  • the text "n editions available" should be italicised as with the other instances

Robert, I've been trying to get the edition #s on the Farnaby composer page to italicize, but nothing seems to work. I tried a copy/paste from some that work, I tried the Italicize button at the top of the window, then copy/paste including the end of a good one as far back as taking a bracket from the end of the marker for the title, but to no avail. Could you help me out?

Thanks, Brian Russell 06:08, 10 September 2007 (PDT)

Thanks for sorting out the 'editor name' issue

Is there a set of guidelines documented somewhere that will prevent me from making this sort of mistake? I can't find one.MandyShaw 23:33, 15 September 2007 (PDT)

Hi Mandy. CPDL is currently in the stage of overhauling all the help material. My work may be found on various subpages linked from my user page. I will shortly move at least one of those items (the score submission guide) to be a subpage of the Community portal where the CPDL community can raise any issues and offer suggestions. I will add this issue of "editor name" to the standards subpage which I am drafting. Regards --Bobnotts talk 06:03, 18 September 2007 (PDT)

Category Pagan Music?

Hi Robert!

Thanks for cleaning up Leanne and my pages - we're both new at the Wiki-based CPDL (my previous CPDL contributions were in its pre-Wiki days).

I was wondering why you changed the category of Pagan music to Unknown genre in Leanne's Crescent Moon page?

Cheers,

Michael Winikoff PS. Feel free to reply by email (michael AT winikoff DOT net)

Thanks for your 2 lots of advice

Will be adding some more composers and works at the weekend - I'll try the composer template out then.MandyShaw 09:23, 19 September 2007 (PDT)

Correct title format for Handels works?

Since discussions on composer pages are not very quick noticed I post a link here: Talk:George_Frideric_Handel--Arie 20:03, 24 September 2007 (PDT)

Birth/Death dates

Hi Bob,

For the Birth/Death Dates on composer pages I noticed that all the unhosted composer pages you edited still have dates with format:

Born: 12 November 1833

Died: 27 February 1887

for example:

  http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Alexander_Borodin

Is this the "right" format for the date ? I thought you were changing to:

Born: 12 November 1833

Died: 27 February 1887

Johnhenryfowler 09:54, 6 October 2007 (PDT)

Hi John. As I understand it (and I may well be wrong on this), it should be as follows:
Born: 12 November 1833
Died: 27 February 1887
Because the links aren't useful as far as I can see. And I think it helps to have "Born:" and "Died:" bold. But then that's just my opinion.... I think it's right though, of course! Regards --Bobnotts talk 10:00, 6 October 2007 (PDT)
Yeah, that's right - to be honest I was in a bit of a rush and just wanted to get the category right (unhosted). Normally, I would go through and change it all... --Bobnotts talk 10:02, 6 October 2007 (PDT)

Your HELP pages

Your excellent help page on submitting your own score was never put into the HELP system. Can I ask why this was not done ? It is a big improvement over my original text version and should be getting used... Johnhenryfowler 01:12, 7 October 2007 (PDT)

Hi John. No, it wasn't added. It should definitely be added but I still had a few of Noel's suggestions to add. It could be added as it is but I think there's still some work to do... Incidentally, I've edited the page you created, Advent for Choirs. I thought that the titles generally just got in the way - better to have '''Title:''' than ==Title== in my view. I also tidied the contents, adding links where there are CPDL editions for the works in question. Let me know what you think. --Bobnotts talk 03:35, 7 October 2007 (PDT)
I like your page for Advent for Choirs but I'd put the works numbers back in to help navigation in the physical book. Also preferred the label "Webpage to buy the book" label for the URL to the website - it makes it clear - "direct link" isn't as clear. It must have been a lot of work to get the links done for the CPDL works pages and composer pages. :)
Let's (the two of us) agree on a standard format to use with Musical Publications - Make a template - and use it. This will save hours of re-editing. I've done Carols For Choirs-Vol1, Carols For Choirs-Vol2, Carols For Choirs-Vol3, Carols For Choirs-Vol4, Madrigals and Partsongs, 100 Carols for choirs all in the other format - which should now be re-edited for a consistant look to these pages
What is your take on whether copying out the table of contents for a specific book (which is under copyright) would violate the book's copyright ? Johnhenryfowler 11:02, 7 October 2007 (PDT)
Hmm I'm not sure of the copyright implications... on the one hand, it's just a list of works... it's not like you can copyright the order of a concert programme but then it has been specifically chosen... I reckon because we're adding a link to the publishers to buy it, if we were to email them, they can hardly say no - it's like free advertising for them.
Anyway, I definitely agree about making a template and sticking to it. I'll add the numbering back to Advent for Choirs (I take it where you jumped from 1 to 3 here that was a mistake? I'll also put back the description of the link - you're right, it is clearer. It took a while to get all the links right but hopefully it was worth it! --Bobnotts talk 02:42, 8 October 2007 (PDT)
The jump from 1 --> 3 IS a mistake. I checked the original. Johnhenryfowler 04:41, 8 October 2007 (PDT)
I've just created ChoralWiki:Collection template which should make it easier to standardise any new anthem (or other genre) collections. The usage is explained on the talk page. I'll standardise the rest of the anthem collections that you've added when I get a spare moment. --Bobnotts talk 08:31, 12 October 2007 (PDT)

Was checking to see if your help page was now linked up to Help Page Help:How_can_I_post_my_own_scores? Found it wasn't - Looking forward to having it linked up. Johnhenryfowler 01:11, 12 October 2007 (PDT)

Believe me, it's at the top of my "to do" list :-) --Bobnotts talk 08:31, 12 October 2007 (PDT)
I've just finished editing the page (I think) and it's ready to be moved to the main help system when an admin has a free moment to do so... --Bobnotts talk 01:02, 13 October 2007 (PDT)

Mery yt ys - edited links

Thanks for the note Bob. I remember grappling with that one late at night long after the coffee ran out. I have since revisited it (and revised it), and hopefully the links now point in the right directions. I have left the "cleanup" box in place until the page is approved.

Mery yt ys

--Lil Miss Picky 10:29, 7 October 2007 (PDT)

Hi there. Thanks for adding the line on the Anonymous composer page but I'm afraid that's only half the job! To submit the score correctly, one must run the "add works form" and place the code that it produces on the page Mery yt ys (Anonymous), instead of the ABC code which you have added. You may find it useful to consult my draft help page on score submission [edit: now complete]. I would do this myself but I'm afraid I don't have the time at the moment. If you encounter difficulties or don't get round to it until I am able to, I'll do it myself. All the best --Bobnotts talk 04:33, 8 October 2007 (PDT)

Re Robert Barber composer page

Hi - just a note that I removed the birth and death categories as we don't have his birth or death years, only the dates between which he 'flourished' - so surely the birth and death categories are meaningless if not misleading... MandyShaw 22:15, 16 October 2007 (PDT) (P.S. something very odd indeed about that automatically generated timestamp, it was approx 1.15 BST on Wed 17th.)

Hi Mandy. Yes, the categories aren't useful at all. I thought you'd forgotten to add them and I didn't notice the "fl" abbreviation. I'll replace them with "Unknown" as it should be for all composers where the birth and/or death dates aren't known. As for the time stamp, I think the clock on the CPDL server is out a fair bit! I'll send Raf an email to see if he can fix it. --Bobnotts talk 23:23, 16 October 2007 (PDT)

Village pump - and Community portal?

Hi Rob. Great that you have activated ChoralWiki:Village pump. What should be its scope, as compared with Wikepedia:Village pump? Also, do you feel we should make a go with ChoralWiki:Community portal? In particular, should there be some sort of index into these (and other?) areas of CPDL on the Main Page? A new blurb about these might be a good thing, too. -- Chucktalk Giffen 08:36, 24 October 2007 (PDT)

Hi Chuck, yes, absolutely. I was about to post on the forum about the village pump. To be honest, I hadn't really given it much thought and just wanted to get it off the ground. I think we should probably only split things up if people start posting enough to warrant it. CPDL isn't as big as Wikipedia, of course :-) As for the community portal, I think that currently CPDL does not have enough active moderators/monitors/admins, whatever you want to call them. Essentially, IMHO, there aren't enough people who do something on the wiki except add their editions or works (not to diminish those people's efforts, of course - without transcribers/editors, CPDL would be nothing). The Community Portal is my vision for getting people involved in CPDL as a wiki, not just a free sheet music site. I thought I posted on the admin part of the forum about this a while ago but I can't find it so it's probably still all in my head! There's lots more to be done on the community portal IMO. A link from the main page and a news article would be great. Perhaps we should discuss on ChoralWiki talk:Community portal? --Bobnotts talk 08:53, 24 October 2007 (PDT)

Paul Hindemith

Hi, thanks for the corrections to the page above. I was unaware there was such distinction between 'hosted' and 'unhosted' composers. :) Carlos 07:36, 3 November 2007 (PDT)

No problem! It's designed to be useful to users, so that when they browse composers in the category and click on one expecting to be able to download some scores, they don't instead get a page without any downloads available. Do add some more composers in the future if they don't already have a presence here - it encourages other people to submit new editions or biographical info. Thanks --Bobnotts talk 08:42, 3 November 2007 (PDT)

Change in template ?

Hi Bob,

Would you add a new template: ((a-cappella or keyboard))  ?

Most of the works where I used the ((a-cappella or piano)) template would be probably using organ to accompany, so "Keyboard" is more generic. I didn't do more than 15 usages of the template, so (if you agree) now would be a good time to change it, and I'll edit in the change to the individual works pages.

Another way to go is use 3 templates:

((a-cappella or piano))
((a-cappella or organ))
((a-cappella or keyboard))

Johnhenryfowler 10:19, 9 November 2007 (PST)

Hi John. I've just created the new template - Template:a cappella or keyboard [now deleted] which I think is best. If you could correct all the instances where Template:a cappella or piano is used, that would be great. Leave a message here when you're done then I'll then delete that template. Cheers --Bobnotts talk 06:16, 13 November 2007 (PST)
I've corrected the pages and deleted the old "piano" template. --Bobnotts talk 06:22, 16 November 2007 (PST)

Matthew Locke

Bob

I filled in a "new composer" form for Locke last weekend, but he has not yet appeared. Is there something else I should do? Jgoodliffe 01:04, 28 November 2007 (PST)

Hi Jonathan. That form is old and relies on the manager (Raf) adding the page which (frankly) just won't happen in the near future. I have altered the page to reflect the current situation (users are now advised to refer to the score submission guide and create the page themselves instead). If you would like me to add the composer for you, please leave all the details here (birth and death dates, nationality, period, works, links etc.) Otherwise, please follow the instructions on the score submission guide. Regards --Bobnotts talk 03:06, 28 November 2007 (PST).
Thanks. Have done it myself now Jgoodliffe 05:35, 28 November 2007 (PST)

Estote fortes (Luca Marenzio)

Hi, i'm sorry for the not-so-professional page of Estote fortes (Luca Marenzio), i'm not very able to use CPDL, even if i've got some experience in wikipedia. Moreover i'm italian and i'm not so good about speaking english. Now I'm trying to learn something about this site...

A part from that, can I ask you a question? Under which category or authors shall i publish (is this the right term?) popular italian choir songs, in particular from the alpine zone? Most of them are anonymous, but with very good arrangements (also by well-known musician, f.e. Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli)... Shall I open a page for them, or put them under the name of the arranger, or just call them anonymous?

Thank you for your attention --Roberto.sette 06:33, 29 November 2007 (PST)

Hi Roberto. Don't worry about the page - I'm happy to help. There are a couple of requirements for a score page which you haven't met yet - they are the following:
  1. Editor name (your full real name is required - is this Roberto Sette?)
  2. An image file, typically a PDF file. If you don't have software that can create a PDF file, try CutePDF which is free.
As for your anonymous songs, you should list them under the Anonymous page, noting the arranger on the page. There should be composer info on the Anonymous page and a separate page for each song. I hope that's clear. If you need any more information, just leave another message here. Please create and upload a PDF file for the edition. Regards --Bobnotts talk 14:19, 29 November 2007 (PST)

Ok. Thank you! I'll post soon the PDF file. --Roberto.sette 08:49, 3 December 2007 (PST)

Hi Robert, I have send some messages by e-mail. Best wishes, Huub

Regina coeli

Hi Robert, the additional text you inserted is not really part of the antiphon proper; rather, AFAIK, it is the set of versicle/response and oration that, together with the antiphon, forms a particular kind of preces, or suffragium. It sounds a bit complicated the way I phrase it, so I would rather leave it to you to clarify that in the article...;) Use my information at your discretion. Best regards T.a.k. 08:41, 28 December 2007 (PST)

Hi T.a.k. To be honest I don't really understand what you said! If you could add some kind of explanation on the page, that would be great. I don't have a Catholic background so I really don't know anything about these antiphons etc. Thanks --Bobnotts talk 23:14, 4 January 2008 (PST)

Ah, thanks for moving the page. I think I was listed as a composer once before, but then some of the stuff I did (and probably other people's as well) got bumped back to how it was at an earlier date; I'm not sure. So, yeah, that works well for me. As for my nationality, however … um, you want where I was born, right? Or is it something more specific (there are more specifics)? —Shoreu 14:48, 1 January 2008 (PST)

That looks great, Mark, thanks for adding that info. Unfortunately, your works would have been lost in the crash. Please do resubmit them when you get the chance (the site is being backed up a lot more frequently now). Regards --Bobnotts talk 23:14, 4 January 2008 (PST)

New categories

I'd like to add new categories. Some exist for Advent, Christmas, Epiphany and Lent, but it would be useful to have Easter, Ascension etc. Is there a guide on how to create new categories? Andrewrabbott 21:59, 7 January 2008 (PST)

Hi Andrew. I've just created the categories that you have suggested at ChoralWiki:Music Subcategories (there isn't a guide on how to create new categories because it's fairly rare that they get created but these new ones should be very useful). It might be a good idea to order the Easter music in the same way as Advent, that is Easter I, II, III etc. What do you think? I can easily implement the change if you think there are enough works on CPDL to warrant it and if the different weeks of Easter have particular texts which are more appropriate for them rather than other weeks. --Bobnotts talk 22:18, 7 January 2008 (PST)
Much of what Rob suggests was being worked in the period between the crash and the last backup before the crash: a categorical organization of the liturgical year. Revisiting this issue is on my own personal "to do" list. I doubt that it is possible to reconstruct precisely what has been done before, but the period since the Advent category together with its subcategories were created (and still survive) has given time for mulling just how to go about implementing a more comprehensive category scheme. I'll move this up the list of things to get done. I should point out that there is little problem with the major seasons and celebrations of the liturgical year, but the real problem is in the smaller details, since the liturgical calendar has undergone change, even within the Roman Catholic church, and there are differences amongst the calendars of various other Rites and Christian denominations. -- Chucktalk Giffen 00:42, 8 January 2008 (PST)

I've added some other categories now as well, for Maundy Thursday, Good Friday etc. I worry about the use of individual Sundays, such as Easter I, Easter II etc, because of the points made by CHGriffen. Hope you will agree with all the extra categories. I think there are enough works to fill them, and it's useful when you are searching for pieces for a particular period. Andrewrabbott 00:32, 10 January 2008 (PST)

Hi Andrew. Take a look at Category:Advent, which has Category:Advent I,...,Category:Advent IV as subcategories. -- Chucktalk Giffen 00:37, 10 January 2008 (PST)

Spirit of God (Skye Boat Song)

Dear Robert

I have gone back to my source The Church's Worship and although Margaret Old is identified as the lyricist, no copyright notice is given. This appears as hymn #386. from the Internet search I found various other hymnals with the same Hymn is listed Church Hymnery 4 #600, at http://www.whitburnsouthparishchurch.org.uk/w_themes.htm #108 (Hymnal not identified), on http://www.musiccorner.co.uk/p106812/Sing-Glory---Full-Music-(hardback)/product_info.html is is listed but not numbered in Sing Glory. There was a full set of lyrics at www.scoutxing.com/songs/songs_1279.htm according to Google, but the site was not working. From these it would indicate that the words are generally available. What do you think? Richardirwin 19:11, 10 January 2008 (PST)

Hi Richard. Thanks for getting back to me. It is a common misconception that if there isn't a copyright notice, the work isn't copyright. Unlike patents, copyright doesn't have to be registered and it exists with or without a copyright notice. The hymnals that you cite will have obtained permission to reproduce the text from Ms. Old. The site that you mention at the end of your message, ScoutXing.com is available via the Internet Archive here but again, this does not necessarily mean that the text has been released to the public domain. Take, for example, all of the TV shows and music videos on YouTube - just because they are freely available on the site doesn't mean that they are legally available. Therefore, my advice is to try to contact Ms. Old to obtain written permission to reproduce her work here. Regards --Bobnotts talk 20:17, 10 January 2008 (PST)

Hi Robert. Well something good has come out of this! I created the arrangement by request of the local Minister for use in a forthcoming service. However, I didn't really like the words, so I have written a new set! The Minister approves and so the hymn with the new words will be performed on 20th July. So I will remake the entry. I also did more digging on Sir Henry Boulton and was, it appears mistaken in the belief that he had written the tune - he was the first to publish it. So I think we can go back to saying the tune is Traditional. You have my permission to reproduce my work here and I will re-edit the entry. Richardirwin 04:35, 11 January 2008 (PST)

Hi Richard. That's great news. When you have finished redoing the edition, please upload the file(s) or let me know the URLs and I will correct your original submission and put it on a separate page. Please don't run the add works form again as you have already generated the code we need.
I hope you don't think that I've been deliberately awkward with the text issue - we just need to be very careful about copyright. All the best --Bobnotts talk 06:08, 11 January 2008 (PST)

Hi Robert. I have created a separate page called Spirit of God (Richard Irwin) and linked that back to the the Skye boat song (Traditional). I have created some 70 plus hymn arrangements that I will gradually add to the site. I will ensure that only hymns that have proper copyright permissions are uploaded. Talking about uploading, I added on the form a link to a free MP3 file of the arrangement, but this did not appear in the page I created. Is there a reason for this? Thanks. Richard Richardirwin 07:57, 11 January 2008 (PST)

I've just moved the page you created so that your name is in the order first_name last_name, not last_name first_name as is the convention here. Great to hear about your hymn arrangements, I look forward to seeing them! Unfortunately, that part of the Add works form doesn't work. Please add your MP3 links on the appropriate score pages and on your composer page manually. To do this, the code is: [http://www.example.com/example.mp3 {{extmp3}}] assuming that the files are on an external server. If they're on the CPDL server, use the code {{mp3}} in place of {{extmp3}}. If you don't understand this, don't worry, just leave the links here and I'll add them to the appropriate pages for you. --Bobnotts talk 23:53, 14 January 2008 (PST)

Error in title

Hi Rob,

I've added Vinum schenk ein by Widmann today, and I seem to have made an error in the title of the piece - it's currently labelled as Vinum schenkt ein, which is not the end of the world, but still unfortunate. Would you mind re-directing the lot? Sorry 'bout the inconvenience. joachim 21:27, 16 January 2008 (PST)

Hi Joachim. No problem - I've just fixed the pages. Regards --Bobnotts talk 22:21, 17 January 2008 (PST)

Policy question on long-broken links

Robert, is there a policy @ CPDL regarding deleting references to editions with long-term broken links?

I came across three pieces (all by the same editor) while looking at Renaissance pieces yesterday, so this morning I checked out all the editions listed by that editor. It seems that "Insula Dulcamara Ensemble" shows some 27 editions, 19 of which have been marked as having broken links. Kurtis Kroon seems to have marked them as broken more than 18 months ago (July 4, 2006).

More annoying, for my purposes, is that many of them appear to be the only edition available for the piece anywhere on the web. DRAT!! Brian Russell 07:20, 1 February 2008 (PST)

Hi Brian. Basically, we don't delete edition information even if the links are permanently broken because 1) the editor could come back to CPDL in the future and restore the links and 2) users who are looking for the edition will know that it was once indexed on CPDL but is no longer available. Also, there's a wonderful website called the Internet Archive which (yes, you guessed it) archives a considerable number of websites. Admins (and other experienced users) can use these archives to restore the files to the CPDL server and correct the links. The present situation is that there is a sticky on the Admin/Moderator part of the forum detailing broken links so that they can be sought out and fixed. Editions from the Insula Dulcamara Ensemble have been added to this list but to be honest, after a buzz of activity, I forgot all about it!
Please list the works you're looking for and I will give them priority for restoring to CPDL. If you spot any more broken links, please mark them with the template {{broken}} and let me know if there's a website down which hosts a lot of editions and I'll try to sort them out. Regards --Bobnotts talk 09:18, 1 February 2008 (PST)
I was hoping to find de Wert's Sovente all'or che su gl'estivi ardori and Verdelot's Gabriel archangelus. But I'll try to see if I can find them in Tresor Musical. Brian Russell 15:42, 7 February 2008 (PST)
Hi Brian. I've just been checking this out and unfortunately, the Internet Archive hasn't archived the PDFs from the Insula Dulcamara Ensemble web page, just the page itself. Some of the PDFs are available here but unfortunately neither of the works that you mention are available there. Sorry I couldn't be more help. --Bobnotts talk 07:31, 16 February 2008 (PST)
Greetings -- I got tired of waiting for one of them that I marked ... so I uploaded it as work-in-progress, especially since you (Robert) asked on the forum if anyone had a copy of it. It's my new edition of Magnificat a 12 by A. Gabrieli, which was a great learning experience for LilyPond. Kkroon 05:22, 17 February 2008 (PST)
Hi Kurtis. Thanks for the new edition. I've just tidied up the page a little. Using the original alto and tenor (and other) clefs certainly retains the original notation of the work. Do you have any plans to create a performance edition using modern "G" and "F" clefs? --Bobnotts talk 08:29, 17 February 2008 (PST)
Absolutely. I have another question: I originally categorized this as a "Motet" ... but only because the more appropriate category of "Canticle" doesn't exist. Does an administrator have to create the category? Or can I do it by adding it to a work? (And if I do, should I go back and recategorize the various Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis settings, which are all Canticles? (Kkroon, I just forgot to sign my name ... sorry!)
Just added -- a new edition with "modern" clefs. Kkroon 06:01, 23 February 2008 (PST)

Formatting & Templates

Hi Bob, Thanks for the corrections to some of my bad coding, and for aligning the Vivaldi Nulla in mundo with the format CPDL standard. Sorry for the foibles in my uploads. I have found missing scores and re-uploaded them and they all seem to be working, and I have corrected the score count on my user page. In trying to figure out some of these things I seemed to have trouble with the syntax for some templates etc. Is there some place here with "idiot pages" for using the ChoralWiki templates and syntax for the various standard types of things like links, language templates, etc? Cheers, Paul Marchesano Marchesa 05:42, 3 February 2008 (PST)

Hi Paul. No problem at all! Item number 6 on the CPDL help contents under the title "How can I contribute?" is "Where can I find a list of templates used on CPDL?" Clicking on this link takes you to a help page which lists templates used on CPDL. You can find some details of template syntax on the discussion page of a particular template itself, or on the main template help page. If you can't find instructions for a specific template, leave a message here and I'll do my best to help. --Bobnotts talk 07:30, 3 February 2008 (PST)

"Lost" two editions

Hi Robert, Well, I seem to have screwed up two additions of the 150 or so that I've put up this past few days. Somehow I didn't get the Works page added for Claudin de Sermisy's Vive la serpe, and didn't add the info for the new edition notice for Orlando di Lasso's Lucescit iam o socii (Sabine Cassola had already put up a Works page for this, but I didn't get the edition added to it). Is it possible to find these? If I knew the accession #s I could reproduce the info, but I can't figure them out (drat!!). Thanks for any help you may be able to render.Brian Russell 02:37, 20 February 2008 (PST)

Hi Brian. First, let me first say thanks so much for the massive amount of scores you're indexing on CPDL! So great to have them added by the editor, rather than an admin having to search them out and add the links themselves. Unfortunately, Rafael is the only person who receives the add works form output so only he would know the missing numbers (though I suppose I could go through all of your recent contributions... I'm not really inclined to do this for obvious reasons!) However, I have identified that "15973" and "15974" are presently unused CPDL catalogue numbers which are close to your current additons. Please use these two for the Sermisy and Lasso editions. Once you've finished the latest batch of newly indexed editions, please let me know and I'll post a news page about it all.
