Description: Sacred songs mostly for three voices (TTrB), all in four-shape notation. Edition 2? differs from Edition 1 in the addition of an Appendix; in Edition 3? songs are added to the Appendix, and in Edition 6 a few more additions are made to the Appendix. "The order of the parts is as follows: the upper staff contains the principal air, or Treble, and should be sung by treble voices. The middle staff is the Tenor, or what is commonly called the Treble, and should be sung by men. The lowest staff is the Bass" (Wakefield's Preface).
