Dominus Deus Hebraeorum misit me ad te, dicens:
Dimmítte populum meum, ut sacrificet mihi in deserto.

English.png English translation

The Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
Go down into Egypt and say to Pharaoh, “Let my people go.”
Pharaoh's heart is hardened; he does not wish to release my people except by a mighty hand.

Moses stood before Pharaoh and said:
The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, has sent me to you, saying:
“Let my people go, that they may offer sacrifice to me in the wilderness.”
