English text I am the resurrection and the life saith the Lord: he that believeth in me, yea, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall not die forever.

Latin translation (dixit ei Iesus) ego sum resurrectio et vita qui credit in me et si mortuus fuerit vivet et omnis qui vivit et credit in me non morietur in aeternum credis hoc.
