add copyright attestation to score submission guide?

Yes/No reversed in "Add Choral Work" #3?

Hi, everyone! I am thinking about revising an existing CPDL score to fix errors and improve formatting. When I follow the very nice intructions under #Add Choral Work, I suspect the "yes" and "no" lines are matched to the opposite links. Also, the text makes it sound like it points to two forms, but both options point to the same form Add Work/Edition. The text now reads:

3. Is the choral work by this composer already listed on CPDL?

• Yes - Go to the page for adding 'new editions'. Here's a link: Add New Choral Work to Composer Page http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/form/work.htm
• No - Go to page for creating entry for a new edition to an existing Choral Works page. Here's a link: Add Choral Work to an Edition Page http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/form/work.htm

I think this should read:

3. Is the choral work by this composer already listed on CPDL?

• No - First fill out the form for adding a new 'Work/Edition'. Here's a link: Add New Choral Work to Composer Page http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/form/work.htm . Then follow steps 1, 2, 3a, and 4a of Help:Score submission guide#Adding the wiki code for a new edition (optional but recommended).
• Yes - First fill out the form for adding a new 'Work/Edition'. Here's a link: Add New Choral Work to Composer Page http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/form/work.htm . Then follow steps 1, 2, 3b, and 4b of Help:Score submission guide#Adding the wiki code for a new edition (optional but recommended).
