et mittite partes eis qui non praeparaverunt sibi:
sanctus enim dies Domini est, nolite contristari:
gaudium etenim Domini est fortitudo nostra.

Go, eat rich meat, and drink sweet wine,
and send portions to those who have prepared nothing for themselves;
this is a holy day in honor of the Lord; do not be sad;
for the joy of the Lord is our strength.
