Description: Words by Isaac Watts, 1719, paraphrase of Psalm 146, Part 1. West has rearranged the lines and expanded his stanza from 88.88. to 88.88.88. West's lines 1-2 are Watts' stanza 6, lines 1-2; then West takes line 3 of Watt's stanza 5, line 4 of stanza 6, and line 4 of stanza 5.
