Latin text Istorum est [enim] regnum coelorum qui contempserunt vitam mundi et pervenerunt ad praemia regni et laverunt stolas suas in sanguine agni.

English translation Theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven, who have despised the life in this world and have attained the reward of the Kingdom, and have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb.
