Aliases: Jean Lepetit; Johannes Parvi; Johannes Baltazar – ?"Johannes Baltazar"
Life
Born: before 1500?
Died: after 1529?
Biography The identity of Ninot le Petit remains a mystery; the 'aliases' above are different candidates put forth as the composer of one mass, 3 or 4 motets and about 17 chansons. Baltazar is known to have died in 1502, which seems too early on stylistic grounds.
