Privo di quel che gran tempo mi tenne, beat' in fest' e in gioia,
lasso non so perche tosto non moia,
che lontan dal bel sol, che mi mantien in vita con soi rai,
molt' anni piango sempr'in pe n'eguai,
ne spero d'haver pac' o clam conforto,
mentre mia fort' o amore,
mi terran si lontan da quel splendore,
che deggio riveder o viv', o morto.
