I will love Thee, I will love Thee,
O Lord, my strength.
In my distress I called to the Lord,
And cried unto my God,
And He heard my voice out of His temple,
And my cry reached the ear of my God.

Chorus
Therefore I will love Thee,
O Lord, my strength.

Then the earth did shake and tremble,
The foundations of the hills
Were removed and shaken,
Because He was wroth.
He bowed the heav'ns also and came down,
And darkness was under His feet.
And He rode upon a cherub, and did fly
Upon the wings of the wind.
Chorus

The Lord also thundered out of heaven,
And the Highest gave His thunder,
Hail-stones and coals of fire.
Chorus

He delivered me from my enemies,
From them which hate me.
For they were too strong for me,
Then I wounded them,
That they were not able to rise.
Then they cried, but there was no one to hear them.
They cried unto the Lord, but He gave them no answer.
Then I trampled them down,
Trampled them under my feet.

What shall I render to my God
For all His kindness shown?
My feet shall visit His abode,
My songs address His throne.

Hallelujah, Amen, Praise the Lord.
