Latin.png Latin text

Ah, vide, Domine, nostrum laborem flagrantem tibi serviendi ardorem.
Laborate, vigilate, ego sum remunerator, Dominus salutis dator,
vos labori nati estis, laborate dum potestis.

Voor u zwoegen wij de ganse dag, en vertrouwen op uw genade;
wij arbeiden en waken zoals u wilt.
Hoe groot is onze beloning in de hemel.

English.png English translation

Ah, see, Lord, how we labour in the burning heat.
Work, and watch, I am your rewarder,
the Lord who gives salvation,
you are born to work, so work what you can.
Because your name is infinite,
see here the blood, the soul and the life.
We labour all day long for you and trust in your grace;
we work and watch as you wish.
How great is our reward in heaven.
