Edition notes: Transcribed from the Trent manuscript tr88. Five voices written for either a three (1st, 3rd and 4th) or four (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th) voices performance. The notes' values and colourings are as in the manuscript. The coloured notes are in "proportio sesquialtera" (3 vs. 2). The notes' values within the "ligaturæ" are as follows: the left upstemmed notes are semibreves - the unstemmed notes are breves - the right downstemmed notes are longæ. The “musica ficta” suggestions in the MIDI and the MusicXML files apply to the four voices version only. Only the text incipit. MusicXML file is zipped.

Christe, largitor probitatis atque
conditor pacis, tibi voce, sensu
pangimus hymnum:

Cuius est virtus manifesta totum
quod pii possunt, quod habent, quod ore,
corde vel factis cupiunt, amoris
igne flagrantes.

Temporum pacem, fidei tenorem,
languidis curam veniamque lapsis,
omnibus præsta pariter beatæ
munera vitæ.

Æqua laus summum celebret Parentem
teque, Salvator, pie rex, per ævum;
Spiritus Sancti resonet per omnem
