: '''To clarify: ''' CPDL is in the process of implementing new standards, one of which includes adding a '''Lyricist: ''' or '''Source of lyrics: ''' line right after the composer line on a choral works page.  I don't think that this standard is presently meant to exclude the possibility of the lyricist's name to appear in the Original text and translations section where such name has frequently (but not always) appeared in the past, if at all.  I have taken the present action of including Wm Blake's name in both places in hopes that the issue might be settled, at least for now and until such time as the policy if further reviewed. -- [[User:CHGiffen|Chuck]][[User talk:CHGiffen|<small>'''talk'''</small>]]&nbsp;[[User:Charles H. Lyricist line on score pages

Hi Huub. Your most recent edit to "The Little Black Boy" has reverted some of the alterations that I made. Please note that the lyricist should appear as a line below "composer" under general information and not under the title "Original text and translations". I have made the alterations to page now; please don't change it back. Thanks --Bobnotts talk 17:42, 15 September 2007 (PDT)

To clarify: CPDL is in the process of implementing new standards, one of which includes adding a Lyricist: or Source of lyrics: line right after the composer line on a choral works page. -- Chucktalk Giffen 23:58, 16 September 2007 (PDT)
