CyberHymnal links

Hi there! I noticed that you were manually updating the links to CyberHymnal. Now we have at CPDL tools that can perform hundreds of replaces in a few seconds, so next time you need to do another such update, it's worth asking to one of the admins. Both old and new links to CyberHymnal were replaced with the code {{website|cyberhymnal}}.
