Tui sunt coeli, et tua est terra, orbem terarum et plenitudinem ejus tu fundasti:
justitia et judicium preparatio sedis tuae.
English translation
Thine are the heavens, and thine is the earth, the world and the fullness thereof thou hast founded:
Justice and judgement are the preparation of thy throne.
