sustinete hic et vigilate mecum.
Nunc videbitis turbam quæ circumdabit me.
Vos fugam capietis, et ego vadam immolari pro vobis.

Versus:
Ecce appropinquat hora, et Filius hominis
tradetur in manus peccatorum.

Traurig ist meine Seele bis an den Tod:
harrt hier aus und wacht mit mir.
Nun werdet ihr die Menge sehen, die mich umgeben wird.
Ihr werdet die Flucht ergreifen, und ich werde gehen,
um für euch geopfert zu werden.

Siehe, es naht die Stunde, und des Menschen Sohn
