Split discussion

How many different settings do we have here? There seem to be 3. Should they be split into pages named Tantum ergo I (Tomás Luis de Victoria), Tantum ergo II (Tomás Luis de Victoria) and Tantum ergo III (Tomás Luis de Victoria) or did Victoria give more specific designations? --Bobnotts talk 00:51, 22 January 2008 (PST)

Actually there are five settings: the three given by Marble (all SATB), the one for Maunday Thursday, one of the two (not three as listed) di Marco editions. They should all be given separate pages, and I will do these as soon as possible. I do find it interesting that (what I take to be) the major Victoria site only gives one setting (the one for Maundy Thursday). -- Chucktalk Giffen 23:48, 25 June 2008 (PDT)
I've completed the split into five separate pages, corresponding to the five different Victoria settings, and converted this page into a disambiguation page for the the works. The spurious extra di Marco link was placed with the setting IV, although perhaps it could simply be removed. -- Chucktalk Giffen 12:44, 26 June 2008 (PDT)
