Description: Canon originally attributed to Ludwig van Beethoven, WoO 162, assumed to have been written for his friend Johann Nepomuk Mälzel, to honour him for the invention of the metronome. According to the Beethoven Haus experts, it was very probably composed by Schindler, who took a theme from Beethoven's 8th Symphony and attributed the canon to Beethoven.
