Description: First published in Harmonia Americana, 1791, p. 29, for three voices: Treble-Tenor-Bass. Words by Isaac Watts, 1709, Hymn 162 of Book 2, with five stanzas. Holyoke used the first two stanzas of Watts' hymn in his composition.
