Nascendo, formam sumpseris.

2. Maria mater gratiae
dulcis parens clementiae
tu nos ab hoste protege
et mortis hora suscipe

3. Jesu tibi sit gloria
qui natus es de Virgine
cum patre et almo Spiritu
in sempiterna saecula.
