Description: First published in Swan's The New England Harmony, 1801, pp. 68-75. A long set-piece, that starts and ends in C major, but the middle part wanders into different harmonies. Words by Isaac Watts, 1719, paraphrase of Psalm 50, Part 6, in fifteen stanzas. Swan used the first five stanzas in his composition.
