Latin.png Latin text

Hujus obtentu, Deus alme, nostris
parce jam culpis vitia remittens,
quo tibi puri resonemus almum
pectoris hymnum.

Gloria Patri genitaeque proli,
et tibi, compar utriusque semper
Spiritus alme, Deus unus
omni tempori saecli. Amen.

English.png English translation

By her prayers, bountiful God,
spare now our faults, pardon our offences,
so that we, pure in heart,
may raise to thee a joyous hymn.

Glory to the Father, and to the begotten Son,
and to you, ever equal of both,
O Bountiful Spirit: one God
throughout all ages. Amen.
