Latin.png Latin text

Hic est vere martyr,
qui pro Christi nomine sanguinem suum fudit,
qui minas iudicum non timuit,
nec terrenae dignitatis gloria quaesivit,
sed ad coelestia regna feliciter pervenit.

English.png English translation

Here is a true martyr,
who shed his blood for the name of Christ,
who did not fear the judgement of the world,
nor clung to any earthly honours,
but set his heart on a heavenly reward.
