Description: A setting of the Genealogy of Christ according to Luke's Gospel. In some lectionaries, it is the assigned Gospel reading for January 6th when Epiphany is celebrated on the 7th or 8th. A contrasting list from Matthew, assigned to Christmas Matins, was set by Josquin as Liber generationis Jesu Christi.
