An Angel said to Mary: “Greetings, favored one!”
A message to the Virgin: “You will bear God’s Song.”

R.:
A Child will grow within you for all the world to see,
The Son of God, the King, Most High,
Savior to you and me.”
Mary, filled with faith, Mary filled with hope,
Mary filled with love, Mary filled with grace:
Rejoice, the Lord is with you!

When Mary heard the Angel, she said, “How can this be?”
“Through God the Holy Spirit, this Child will come to be.
