Ego sum panis vivus.
Patres vestri manducaverunt manna in deserto,
et mortui sunt.
Hic est panis de coelo descendens:
si quis ex ipso manducaverit,
non morietur.
English translation

I am the living bread.
Your fathers ate manna in the desert,
and are dead.
This is the bread which comes down from heaven:
if any man eat of it, he will not die.
German translation
Ich bin das lebendige Brot.
Eure Väter haben in der Wüste das Manna gegessen
und sind gestorben.
Hier ist das Brot, das vom Himmel herabkommt:
