Latin text Diligite iustitiam qui iudicatis terram sentite de Domino in bonitate et in simplicitate cordis quaerite illum quoniam invenitur ad his qui temptant illum apparet ante eis qui fidem habent in illum. (Wisdom 1:1-2)

English translation Love justice, you that judge the earth. Thinke of our Lord in goodnes, and in simplicitie of hart seeke him: because he is found of them that tempt him not: and he appeareth to them that have faith in him. (Douay translation 1610)
