ChoralWiki talk:Other languages
This template appears on the Main Page, to inform users of pages translated into languages other than English. Currently, the actual translated page names appear (as secondary bulleted items). When and if the list of these individual translated pages becomes too long the secondary items can be removed, for the primary bulleted items point to translated pages categories for each language (see, for example Category:Pages in Italian or Category:Pages in Dutch), where all the translated pages may be found. -- Chucktalk Giffen♫ 02:12, 18 December 2007 (PST)
New languages to be added
Now that there are new translations available in Vietnamese, German and even a page in Portuguese (:^), I guess it's time to change the layout of this page, removing the links to individual translations and leaving only links to the main index pages, as Chuck suggested above. Also, if we're going to use index pages as, for instance, ChoralWiki:Italian pages, then I don't see the need to also use categories, what do you think? The existing language categories aren't linked to from anywhere, as far as I'm concerned. —Carlos 07:03, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
