Description: Published in Belknap's Village Compilation, 1806, p. 89, for three voices: Treble-Tenor-Bass. Words by Isaac Watts, 1706, Hymn 41 of Book 1, with six stanzas. Belknap used the first two stanzas of Watts' hymn in his composition.
