Aspice, Domine, quia facta est desolata civitas plena divitiis.
Sedet in tristitia;
Non est qui consoletur eam, nisi tu, Deus noster.
English translation
Behold, O Lord, how the city full of riches is become desolate.
She sits in mourning;
there is none to comfort her save only thou, our God.
