The soprano line of this work is apparently the source of the widely known Adoramus te, Christe which circulated in the 19th century as being by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina.

quia per sanctam crucem tuam redemisti mundum.
Qui passus es pro nobis, Domine, miserere nobis.
