tibi et rosas cum floribus, cum floribus parare.
Sit decus singulare, virginitatis decus singulare,

English translation
O Virgin Mother, Full of grace,
Pure Virgin Beauty without compare,
For this, since I do sing thy praise,
Make my poor soul thy dearest care:
I give the rose a special place
