Problem if soundfile extension is "midi"

On Anonymous there are some instances of invocation of this template where the 2nd parameter (soundfilename) has the extension midi (four characters), and the code only works properly for extensions with three characters (eg. mid and mp3. Probably the best way to cure this is to examine the last four characters of the soundfilename (instead of the last three) and proceed according to whether they are ".mid", "midi", or ".mp3". – Chuck_talk Giffen_♫ 12:46, 8 September 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for reporting this, Chuck; I completely forgot about the extension midi! Your workaround is interesting, but I wanted to avoid using an #if clause (which is somewhat more server consuming) and decided for a redirect that will deal with these few cases. —Carlos  15:10, 8 September 2010 (UTC)
