CPDL #28183 and CPDL #28182

Bar 36, Alto, 2nd tone should be g (f in the transposed version) (analog to the bass in bar 37)
Bar 51, All parts spelling error. Must be saecula instead of saeculo

Bar 36: Both editions correspond to Proske, though the point made could be argued on musical grounds.
Bar 51: Spelling error corrected in both editions.

Bar 36 Alto, 2nd tone. As found in James Gibb's edition, the Soprano and Alto sing a parallel octave. The Tenor and Bass, when repeat this motif, they avoid the parallel octave, by the Bass singing G as second note. The first print of this Magnificat, [ Magnificat octo tonorum, 1567] has B flat as second note, as we find in Proske's and James Gibb's edition. A [ posthumous collection] of 100 magnificats of Lasso of 1619, however, has G as second note. Gerlach reprinted the 1567 edition in 1580, but, unfortunately the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek only has the Tenor partbook of this edition, so it cannot be verified whether the correction stems from Rudolph Lassus in the 1619 edition, or whether Gerlach himself had already corrected this in his 1580 edition.
