Traditional - or William Henry Monk?

This setting may be "traditional" but it is hardly anonymously so. The tune is by Conrad Kocher (1786-1872), and the familiar harmonization (setting) is by William Henry Monk. I've moved this page to include the tune's composer in the title. This seems to be the standard we've used with other such score pages. --Bobnotts talk 11:58, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
