Hodie apparuerunt delitiae[voluptates] paradisi
et laetitiae [orbis] terrarum flores odoris
suavissimi. Accurrite caelestes chori
et admiramini faciem decoram. Oculi eius
quasi columbae super rivos murmurantis aquae.
Ecce tu pulchra es, tu tota delectabilis,
tu tota sine macula,
mille amoris radii, mille flammae charitatis,
mille munera caelestium te decantant Reginam angelorum
et solium gloriae Dei.

Slovenian.png Slovenian translation

Danes so se pojavile nebeške slasti
in zemeljske radosti, dišeči, presladki cvetovi.
Pritecite, nebeški zbori,
in občudujte krasno obličje,
njene oči so kot oči golobice, ki leti nad potoki žuboreče vode.
Glej, ti si lepa, ti si vsa brez madeža, ti vsa ljubka,
tisoč žarkov ljubezni, tisoč plamenov ljubezni,
tisoč nebeških darov te opeva,
Kraljica angelov in prestol Božje slave.

English.png English translation

This day appeared the delights[pleasures] of paradise,
the joys of [every] land, the most sweet-scented
flowers. Come, heavenly choirs,
and adore the decorous face! Her eyes
are like doves above ripples of murmuring water.
See, you are comely, you are completely delightful,
you are without any fault.
A thousand rays of love, a thousand flames of charity,
a thousand heavenly gifts hymn you Queen of the angels,
and throne of the glory of God.
