Biography

(biographical information unverified) Edward May Hill, Esq. was born in Bloomsbury, London, England. He became a solicitor in London and was an amateur musician. He was a friend of composer Edouard Silas who dedicated organ pieces to him. Little is known of his life, but a couple of his part-songs were published by Novello. He died in Hampstead, London.
