The Choral Public Domain Library was begun in late December of 1998 by Rafael Ornes with a handful of scores. Now, eleven years later, the CPDL ChoralWiki has surpassed 11,000 score pages, representing at least 11,000 distinct works by more than 1550 composers. The freely available editions of choral works provided by CPDL are used world-wide by amateur and professional singers alike. We are indebted to all who have contributed scores and resources to CPDL over the years and look forward to continued growth in the number and quality of editions well into the future.
