ChoralWiki:CPDL upgraded, minor changes forthcoming

Hello all,
Last night, the CPDL software was upgraded. It went quite smoothly, but there are a handful of changes that still need to be finished. The CPDL Forum has been moved to a new server (www.choralwiki.org/phpBB2). This upgrade will hopefully improve performance and security.
